Under normal conditions, none of these upgrades should be used unless they reduce Performance Points (PP) due to a PP algorithm miscalculation. The PP gained from these upgrades vs the performance gained is far too much. It will be more beneficial by prioritising upgrades in other sectors, such as better aerodynamics, power etc.
